1. Christmas 2008

1.1 Junhui (Chairman of Xmas 2008) has assigned the roles to the following people:

Treasurer: Mei Ling
"Money Chaser": Melvyn

Programme/Games: Cheng En, Ching Yee, Liping

Logistics: Hongwei, Wei Kang

Food: Yong Sing, Andy

Photography: Jun Ren, Wai Leong


1.2 Weikang proposed the Christmas Dinner to be held at one of 2 venues.
a. Hive
b. Downtown East

All has decided for it to be held at Hive. Wei Kang will confirm availability and cost for booking.(Action By: Wei Kang)

1.3 The budget for this year's Xmas is $15 per person (WAGS pay $10). All to pay Mei Ling by 14 Dec 2008. POSB Savings 209-16247-4 (Action by: All)

1.4 In the event that people dun pay up, Melvyn will verbally "f**k" them.

1.5 The budget for Gift Exchange is $10 (minimum).

1.6 The theme of this year's Xmas is to dress up as someone else in the clique.

My FYP

This is the glider my team and i have been working on. The first test wasnt quite successful. The second one in 2 weeks time would be spectacular.
